Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL/IGI) uses flight-specific terminal allocations. Terminal 3 handles both international and domestic services. Confirm the terminal with your airline and share the flight number with Arista; domestic arrivals should not be assumed to use only Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
Airport transfer includes a complimentary meet-and-greet service. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, welcomes the guest at arrivals with a personalised name placard, and assists with luggage. Up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the arrival time.
For a pickup, send the arrival date, flight number, guest contact and onward address. The designated meeting point is confirmed before travel and follows the terminal’s permitted access. Flight tracking helps coordinate the arrival, while any rebooking or changed connection should be shared directly with the team.
The Address Beyond Arrivals
Transfers can be planned for Aerocity, Connaught Place, Central Delhi and New Delhi hotel, diplomatic and business destinations. Share the full address and entrance instructions: a hotel driveway, office reception and private residence may each need a different handoff.
Arista serves Delhi by appointment from its Bangalore-based business. Gurugram, Noida and other NCR destinations are not included in an assumed Delhi service boundary. If your itinerary extends there, send the exact address for a separate availability and quotation check before making onward commitments.
Allow Space for the Arrival
The time a flight lands is not the time a guest leaves the terminal. Immigration, baggage and personal needs can change the handoff, so waiting arrangements are agreed when booking. A family arriving with several cases should share bag sizes and any stroller or mobility equipment as well as passenger numbers.
For departures, send the airline reporting requirement, pickup address and any stops before IGI. If the plan includes continuing to Agra or Jaipur after an arrival, request a complete outstation itinerary; a standard airport transfer does not include that longer journey.

Does a Delhi airport transfer automatically include Noida or Gurugram?
No. Send the exact NCR address so the team can separately review coverage and quote the itinerary. A Delhi booking should not be taken as confirmation for every NCR destination.
