Corporate Chauffeur Services

A well-managed business day gives the guest room to think. Arista coordinates the movements around meetings, arrivals and private appointments, with one considered brief for the person travelling and the person organising their day.

The Schedule Comes First

A working itinerary is more than a sequence of addresses. It includes the time a guest needs to be inside a meeting, the entrance they should use, who can authorise a change and when the vehicle is needed again. Sharing those details early helps us plan the engagement around the day’s commitments.

For a visiting principal, the rear cabin may be a place to prepare, call a colleague or pause between appointments. For a host, the priority may be that the guest is received thoughtfully and knows whom to contact. We take both perspectives into the brief.

Individual Travel, Hosted Visitors and Delegations

An executive travelling alone may need a saloon for a succession of meetings. A visiting team may need to stay together, or separate into several vehicles when their schedules diverge. Group size alone does not determine the answer: luggage, venues and arrival times matter too.

A single airport transfer and a full-day engagement have different scopes. Tell us if the guest needs the vehicle beyond the first drop, and whether the day ends at a hotel, a residence or the airport. For repeated dates, vehicle and chauffeur continuity are discussed and confirmed; they should not be assumed from a previous booking.

A Practical Brief for the Organiser

A shared itinerary reduces avoidable interruptions. Nominate an organiser, provide a passenger contact and tell us who should receive booking details. Changes are reviewed against the reserved hours, vehicle availability and the remaining movements.

For business billing, share the legal entity name, billing address and any required GST details before the quotation is finalised. Billing schedules and corporate arrangements are confirmed for the account; we do not presume credit terms, a dedicated vehicle or an employment arrangement with your organisation.

  • Meeting addresses and required arrival times, with entrance or security instructions.
  • Passenger names, luggage and any accessibility requirements.
  • Expected waiting periods, final drop and any evening extension.
  • The person authorised to approve changes or additional time.

From Enquiry to Engagement

  1. 01

    Brief the day

Share the sequence of meetings, guest details and required hours, including the first and last movements.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Review the vehicle, reserved duration, billing details and treatment of additional hours or kilometres.

  3. 03

    Keep changes coordinated

A clear organiser contact helps the team review schedule changes without leaving the guest to resolve the logistics.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Passenger comfort and luggage need to be considered together. Share the group size, bag quantities, mobility or child seating requirements and any preferred model. The available vehicle, generation, seating layout and equipment are confirmed before booking.

Mercedes-Benz E Class

An understated saloon for an individual traveller or a small party. Tell us about checked bags as well as cabin luggage before choosing it for an arrival.

Mercedes-Benz S Class

Flagship saloon comfort for a principal or an important guest. A suitable choice when a quiet rear cabin and a formal arrival matter more than carrying a larger group.

Mercedes-Benz V Class

A van format for guests travelling together. Seating layouts vary, so brief us on the group and equipment before deciding whether one vehicle is sufficient.

Toyota Vellfire

An MPV to consider for family travel and shared journeys. Passenger seating and luggage space are reviewed together; the available configuration is confirmed for the date.

A Clear Quotation

For hourly, full-day, outstation, wedding and other engagements, tolls, parking, permits and any special charges follow the specific quotation. Applicable GST and its presentation are stated in the quotation and invoice.

Confirm the hours, distance, stops and return arrangements before reserving. For an overnight journey, the quotation also sets out chauffeur accommodation and any applicable allowances. Changes to the agreed itinerary are reviewed with you.

Availability and price are confirmed for the engagement. Review the booking terms and cancellation policy alongside your quotation.

Common Questions

A few helpful details for planning this engagement.

Can one contact arrange executive travel across the three cities?

Yes. Arista reviews each city’s dates and itinerary through the same enquiry contact. Vehicle availability, local arrangements and quotations are confirmed separately for each engagement.

Does a full-day booking include an airport pickup?

It can be planned that way, but the pickup must be part of the agreed itinerary. An airport transfer booked on its own does not reserve the car for the rest of the day.

Can we request the same chauffeur for several dates?

You can request continuity when sharing the schedule. The available chauffeur and vehicle arrangements are confirmed before booking; they are not guaranteed by a previous engagement.

What do you need for corporate billing?

Share your billing entity, address and applicable GST details at enquiry. Invoicing and any recurring billing arrangement are confirmed with the quotation before the engagement.
