What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the engagement are fully refundable. Between 48 and 24 hours, a 50% refund applies. Within 24 hours, no refund is provided, as the vehicle, chauffeur, and time window are reserved exclusively for the engagement.
