Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi have distinct routes and booking arrangements. The Bangalore service retains its requirement that the engagement begins and concludes in Bangalore. Mumbai and Delhi itineraries are reviewed on their own terms; a one-way request is confirmed individually, including any vehicle return arrangements.
A Comfortable Pace Is Part of the Plan
Rest breaks, meals, luggage access and a realistic arrival window belong in the original brief. A long day should allow for the needs of the guest and the chauffeur, with adequate rest considered before agreeing the schedule. Trying to add every possible stop can make a journey less enjoyable.
Road conditions, city exits, weather and destination access can change the plan. We avoid treating an estimated driving time as a guaranteed door-to-door duration. Tell us about any fixed commitment so the team can assess the itinerary before you rely on it.
Quote the Whole Engagement
An outstation quote depends on dates, route, distance, reserved time and overnight arrangements. Ask what is included for fuel, tolls, parking, permits and chauffeur accommodation, and what happens if the return changes. Airport-transfer inclusions should not be assumed to apply to a longer road journey.
If the itinerary includes an attraction, hotel or event, reservations and admission are separate matters unless specifically confirmed. A chauffeur engagement does not automatically include a tour guide, tickets, ferry travel or access within restricted areas.

A Clear Quotation
For hourly, full-day, outstation, wedding and other engagements, tolls, parking, permits and any special charges follow the specific quotation. Applicable GST and its presentation are stated in the quotation and invoice.
Confirm the hours, distance, stops and return arrangements before reserving. For an overnight journey, the quotation also sets out chauffeur accommodation and any applicable allowances. Changes to the agreed itinerary are reviewed with you.

Can I book a one-way outstation journey?
Request it with the complete itinerary. Bangalore outstation engagements begin and conclude in Bangalore. For Mumbai and Delhi, one-way feasibility and any vehicle return costs are confirmed in the quotation; a one-way passenger journey does not imply a one-way vehicle charge.
What changes when the journey includes an overnight stay?
The reserved dates, daily schedule and chauffeur accommodation or allowances need to be agreed. Tell us where you plan to stay and when you need the vehicle again the following day.
Are sightseeing tickets or a guide included?
They are not assumed to be included in a chauffeur engagement. If needed, mention them at enquiry and verify any separately confirmed arrangements before travel.
Can we add stops while travelling?
Let the team know so timing, route feasibility, chauffeur rest and any revised charges can be reviewed. Unplanned detours or additional hours are not automatically part of the original quote.
